Interview and Assessment

Our recruitment process is designed with you in mind.  We want to get to know you, and whilst we use online platforms to speed up some steps of the process, there will always be human interaction at the other end of that technology.

For some roles there may be psychometric testing or group assessment centres, but we’ll give you all the details in advance, and our talent team will always be available to answer any questions you have.

Pre-employment Checks

Whilst the mandatory pre-employment checks we undertake can vary from role to role, the most common are, Australian Federal Police Checks, pre-employment medical screening, including screening for prohibited substances, reference checks and Working with Children and Vulnerable People. Our people services team will guide you through every step of the process.

Decision and Offer

Waiting for a decision can be the hardest part. That is why we aim to keep you updated throughout the process and make things as smooth as possible. While the timing for an update or offer can vary depending on the role, rest assured, you will hear from us either way. And if you’re successful? We’ll guide you through the pre-employment requirements and get you ready to start your new journey with us.

These roles include a wide variety of streams including; custodial, security, welfare, intelligence, risk, training, finance, legal and governance and business support.

Our application process is designed to be quick and user friendly. All you’ll need to commence the process is a copy of your resume. Other information we will ask for later in the process will include identification and in some cases copies of any relevant qualifications.
